A little piece of history - documented with 3 videos from the years 2018, 2020 and 2021! It all began in 1986 with a small specialist marine aquatics shop in Pulheim-Sinnersdorf near Cologne: on a sales area of around 100 square metres, our customers found everything they needed for aquaristics - from aquariums to accessories. Several sales units for corals and saltwater fish as well as a 1,000-litre show tank rounded off the range of products.

It was that time again. A special house visit was on the agenda. In May 2021, we were at Peter, Jenny and Hannh's in Essen and were able to take a look at a 280 cm long reef. Of course, this resulted in a video that shows this tank in all its facets.
We were on the road again. This time we went to Berlin. From there, we brought back two really strong videos for you. We were on the road again and finally got to meet Hannes Kirchhauser in person. Of course we recorded everything on video in two parts: When it comes to keeping and breeding tropical corals, the Vivarium Karlsruhe occupies a top position among Germany's show aquariums. In addition, three seahorse species and two pipefish species are regularly bred. The rapid development in aquarium technology enables you to experience numerous fish together with living corals and sea anemones from their native habitats.
In February we visited Markus Gerhardus in Mudersbach near Siegen. He operates his seawater systems completely differently from other competitors (without skimming) and is very successful. Since you had so many questions, we have now produced a second video in which Markus answers all your questions. Have fun with one hour of input.
It was that time again. A special house visit was on the agenda. Dominik Laux has a 2000-litre reef aquarium and his love is above all for fish. He has some great and rare species in his 250 cm long reef. You can find out more in the video
You know how it is. We are always drawn to aquarists to learn more about their reef aquariums. And so it was to a really great saltwater aquarium which has approx. 560 litres (with filter compartment).
Once again we visited a specialist shop, Fish and More. A specialist shop for saltwater, freshwater and pond aquaristics that does things differently from the way we know them. The result is a comprehensive video. Enjoy 36 minutes of seawater in Siegerland.
We were on the road again and were able to visit the brand new specialist shop Reef Monkeys in Hofheim am Taunus. Matze took us on a guided tour of the entire beautifully designed saltwater shop, which will celebrate its opening on 29.02.2020. Of course, our focus was once again on the VIDEO documentation.
After quite a long time, we were drawn back to Coburg, more precisely to Ebersdorf, to the company Korallen-Zucht. The weather played along, so we had a stress-free journey. We visited Klaus Jansen in Lohmar and took the opportunity to film his basement tank extensively. It holds 1,500 litres and has become a very beautiful piece of reef in only 5 months. We hope you like the video!
